WeCobot demonstrates the power of the Multilayer Function with 300 welded beads
The Multilayer Function in ONE software makes it possible to assign individual parameters to up to 300 separate weld beads. This allows you to fully customize and optimize your welding process.
For this test, our welding specialists worked with 50 mm thick steel plates. They completed the entire weld table and taught the first pass in under 30 seconds. After that, the Multilayer Function took over, enabling the cobot to build up a precisely layered weld.
