If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible. Preferably within 2 weeks after delivery, substantiated and in writing. This gives us the time to remedy any inconveniences. If that won’t work, we’ll take the entire welding solution in return, at 100% of the purchase price.
We will let you know once we’ve received your returned item. Immediately after inspecting it, we’ll notify you about your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.
