Koning Willem-Alexander
On February 19, Gilde Vocational College of Technology in Gorinchem had the honor of welcoming King Willem-Alexander for the official opening of their new building. This energy-neutral, 10,000 m2 educational facility offers technical vocational education at the VMBO, technical HAVO, and MBO levels, with a strong focus on collaboration with the business sector.
At WeCobot, we are proud that our cobot welding solution is part of the practical classrooms at Gilde. Here, the future craftsmen are trained with the latest technologies, including automation and robotics in welding. During the tour of the practical classrooms, students had the opportunity to share their passion for technology with the King.
We congratulate Gilde Vocational College of Technology on this wonderful milestone and look forward to continuing to collaborate on the future of technical craftsmanship!
